All domestic orders within the United States are completely free! International shipping costs will be calculated by weight of item via USPS International Shipping.
All items are guaranteed to ship to customer within 48 hours of being ordered. Domestic orders are delivered via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail based on weight with an estimate shipping time of 1-3 Business Days. Most international orders will ship via USPS International Shipping and delivery times vary by country. Please refer to the USPS website for estimated delivery times for a specific country. Fedex, UPS, and FedEx may be used in certain instances based off weight and location
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Email us with any questions regarding returning an item and we will provide the appropriate postage details. Please send us an email if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant. Once we have received your request we will give you the instructions. MILITARY ADVENTURE can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was received. All items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be processed. MILITARY ADVENTURE cannot accept returns on items purchased during a clearance or advertised sale. Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as delivered. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.Thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received; as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
If we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty, we will provide appropriate postage details to return the item. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the BUYER will be liable for any associated postage returning the item.
